Buying an e-gift card

1. If you are buying an e-gift card, it will be emailed to you, the purchaser ready for you to share with the recipient. does not issue e-gift Cards to recipients on your behalf.

2. We are not responsible for any e-gift card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

3. We reserve the right to cancel an e-gift card if we deem such action necessary.

4. Promotion or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of an e-gift card.

5. e-gift cards can only be purchased on our UK site using GBP.

Using an e-gift card

1. e-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

2. e-gift cards can be redeemed against all products on azuni.co.uk.

3. e-gift cards can only be redeemed on our UK site for UK delivery.

4. e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on www.azuni.co.uk.

5. If your order total is less than the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance will be kept on your e-gift Card ready for future purchases. To check the balance on your card, please call us on +44 (0) 20 8995 1100.

6. If your order exceeds the value of the e-gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

7. You will be reminded 7 days before expiry of any unused balance.

8. If you return products you have purchased using a e-gift card, the refund will be credited back to the e-gift card, ready to be redeemed against subsequent orders.

9. All purchases made using a e-gift card will be subject to Azuni terms and conditions, found here. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
