Can I return my jewellery?

We hope you love your purchase from Azuni. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can of course return it to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items purchased through another retailer or internet third parties and suggest that you contact the place where it was purchased. We are unable to accept the return of earrings for normal hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Are returns free?

We offer free returns for orders delivered within the UK. You can start your return here. Alternatively, you can contact us via our contact form, or email us at info@azuni.co.uk to request a returns label.

Can I return a special offer or promotion?

If you wish to return an item that was part of a promotional offer, bundle or set entitling you to either a discount or a free gift, you must also return any other promotional items in their original selling condition to obtain a full refund.

Should you wish to return part of your order meaning you will no longer qualify for the original promotion, you will be charged the full purchase price of the item(s) that you keep and receive only the remaining balance as a refund.

There is no cash alternative to a free gift or discount. Neither gifts nor discounts are exchangeable for cash or for any other product or gift.

Returns of free gifts on their own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back via Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery.  Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Azuni’s discretion.

How do I return my item?

Items must be returned in their original condition, with the attached tags and packaging, within 30 days of receipt of the jewellery. We can offer an exchange or full refund for the price you paid. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased.

International Returns

We are not able to provide a free returns service outside the UK, and therefore you are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery. Please put the item in the original packaging and seal it securely. Once we have received the returned item, we will confirm receipt of the parcel by email.

We would strongly recommend that you use a tracked service such as FedEx/DHL to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for any items which do not reach us. Please ensure that you write clearly on the FedEx/DHL paperwork that the item is being returned, and send to:

Returning faulty goods

In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow the standard Returns Policy as detailed above.

For international customers, please email us at info@azuni.co.uk before returning an item as damaged or faulty.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Postage/shipping costs will be refunded on any faulty goods.

Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable.

Please note, it may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service, to cover the cost of shipping and any other repair costs incurred. If on the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can request a returns postage slip by emailing info@azuni.co.uk.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be refunded via the original payment method. Refunds do not include postage/shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for another style or a different ring size, depending on stock availability. Please note: Exchanges will incur additonal delivery charges.
