Greece, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia) and Turkey: 3 PM GMT, Friday December 11th

Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweded and USA: 3PM GMT, Saturday December 12th

Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland: 3PM GMT, Wednesday December 16th

Belgium, France, Ireland and Luxembourg: 3PM GMT, Friday December 18th
