UK Standard and Special Delivery
- Free UK Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days from dispatch./b>
- UK Special Delivery: £6.50. Next working day for orders placed before 2pm. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for Saturday
EU and Ireland - Signed For
- We offer both DHL express delivery or tracked standard for all EU countries. We also offer free delivery dependent on the value of your order - details and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
- We guarantee for all EU deliveries there will be no additional taxes or duties payable when you receive the order.
International - Signed For
- We offer both DHL express delivery or tracked standard for the majority of countries. We also offer free delivery dependent on the value of your order and country - details and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
- Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in your country, and are based on a number of different factors such as the VAT rate and local import taxes. Where necessary, the option of pre-paying all duties, taxes and fees on your order will be offered at checkout. Alternatively, the relevant fees can be paid on delivery.
Delivery FAQs
How is my jewellery delivered? Do I need to sign for it?
All our UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. UK orders do not need a signature as they are sent by a tracked service. You will be able to track the status of your parcel with your tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received this email, please contact us at sales@azuni.co.uk to request an update. Please provide your Order Number.
All EU, international and UK Special Delivery orders require a signature, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address), or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Can I request multiple delivery addresses?
Sure, that’s not a problem. You will need to place a separate order for each delivery address. All orders are usually sent within 24 hours, and notification of the dispatch is sent to you by email.
