• Free UK delivery:
  For orders over £50. 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. (We aim to dispatch within one working day.)

• Orders under £50:

• UK Special Next Day Delivery: £5
  Next working day for orders placed before 2pm. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for Saturday

EU and Ireland: Signed For

• Oders over £75:
  We offer FREE standard delivery (signed) for all EU countries for orders over £75. 
  Royal Mail aims to deliver 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. (We aim to dispatch within one working day.)
• Oders under £75:
  £7.50 + local VAT. 
• Orders under €150:
  Azuni will ensure that the order is delivered with all taxes and duties paid.
• Orders above €150*:
  The customer is responsible for paying any duties and EU VAT on arrival. EU VAT will automatically be deducted from the total at checkout.

• Orders over £75:
  We offer FREE standard delivery.
  Royal Mail aims to deliver 6 to 7 working days from dispatch. (We aim to dispatch within one working day.)
  
• Orders under £75:
  £12 postage fee.
  
  The thresholds for duty and tax free imports for the following countries are:
  USA $800
  Australia AU$1000
  New Zealand NZ$800

All our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. You will be able to track the status of your parcel with your tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received this email, please contact us at sales@azuni.co.uk to request an update. Please provide your Order Number when contacting us.

All EU, International and UK Special Delivery orders require a signature, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address), or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
